How much is shipping?
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of £4.95 for all orders under £100. Orders £100 and over ship free. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Royal Mail delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. During busy periods (seasonal launches, Christmas, etc.) this may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.
What is your returns policy?
As a small, independent brand, we accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on used candles or bath & body products for hygiene reasons.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within the UK. We’re working on safe and cost-effective options for international delivery and hope to offer this in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been placed, you can track through 'Shop'.
Once dispatched, you’ll also receive a Royal Mail tracking link (where applicable) so you can follow its journey to your door.
