About the Beans
We brew with beans from Skinny Dip Roasters, a small-batch Kent roastery known for their meticulous sourcing, supporting Female Coffee Growers and their modern roasting style. Expect bright, clean flavours, traceable origins, and coffee that’s crafted with the same care that we put into every cup.

We love dogs at Gaia, so please feel free to bring your furry friends down to the shop. We even serve Pup Cups!

What type of coffee do you serve?
We use specialty-grade beans from our independent roaster, Skinny Dip. brewed with care for a smooth, balanced cup and championing female Coffee Growers.
Our menu includes classic espresso drinks, seasonal specials and we use the same great tasting beans in our coffee based cocktails.
Do you serve cocktails all day?
Cocktails start from 11am. Exact times may vary seasonally, in line with our opening hours.
Are your cocktails made in-house?
Yes - every cocktail is created by our team using premium spirits, house syrups, fresh juices and thoughtful garnishes. Many drinks are unique to Gaia Studio and designed to evolve with the seasons.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Absolutely. We serve a range of alcohol-free serves including zero-proof cocktails, specialty soft drinks and all coffee options available decaf.
Can I book a table for drinks?
We operate mostly on a walk-in basis, but for larger groups or special occasions you can contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
